By accessing and using the VeryEasy Platform ("Platform"), operated by Aurora SRL ("we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users: individual applicants (job seekers), companies, and hybrid accounts.
2. Description of Service
VeryEasy is a modular enterprise platform providing companies with tools for human resource management, recruiting, and business operations. Through the Job Nautilus module, companies can publish job offers and manage candidates, while individuals can search and apply for positions.
The Platform offers both free and paid subscription plans with different features and limits.
3. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at 🔒 Click to reveal.
You must be at least 16 years old to register. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using the Platform
- Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful content
- Not interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Company Accounts
Companies registering on the Platform are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, job postings, and compliance with applicable employment laws. Companies must not publish misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent job listings. Companies must hold a valid P.IVA (VAT number) and provide complete billing data for paid services.
6. Applicant Accounts
Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their application materials including CVs, documents, work profiles, and quiz responses. Submitting false information may result in the rejection of applications and suspension of your account.
7. Work Profiles (Public Pages)
7.1 User Responsibility
The Work Profile is a publicly accessible page that displays information provided by the user, including personal details, work experience, education, skills, documents, and social links. By creating and publishing a Work Profile, you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and completeness of all information displayed on your Work Profile
- You have the right to publish the information and documents you upload, including images, CVs, and portfolio materials
- Your Work Profile may be viewed by any registered company on the Platform, as well as by any person who has the direct link
- You must not include content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, or that violates third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy)
7.2 Platform Rights
Aurora SRL reserves the right to remove, hide, or disable any Work Profile, or any content within it, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, if the content is deemed inappropriate, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7.3 No Verification by the Platform
Aurora SRL does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of information published on Work Profiles. Companies and third parties who access Work Profile content do so at their own risk and are advised to independently verify any information before making hiring or business decisions.
8. Job Posts and Company Content
8.1 Company Responsibility
Companies are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of the job posts and company information they publish on the Platform. By publishing a job post, the company confirms that:
- The position described is genuine and the company intends to fill it
- The job post complies with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination regulations
- Salary ranges, benefits, and working conditions described are accurate and not misleading
- The company has the authority to publish the position and process applications
8.2 Platform Rights over Job Posts
Aurora SRL reserves the right to remove, hide, or modify any job post that is deemed misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice to the publishing company.
8.3 No Verification by the Platform
Aurora SRL does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of job posts, company information, salary offers, or working conditions published by companies. Applicants who apply for positions do so at their own risk and are advised to independently verify the company and the position before entering into any agreement or sharing sensitive personal information.
9. Disclaimer on User-Generated Content
The Platform hosts content created by its users (Work Profiles, job posts, application materials, company descriptions). Aurora SRL acts as a hosting provider for such content and:
- Does not pre-screen, review, or approve user-generated content before publication
- Is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from reliance on user-generated content
- Will promptly remove content upon receiving a valid notice of illegality or rights infringement, in accordance with applicable law (D.Lgs. 70/2003, Digital Services Act)

10. Subscription Plans and Pricing
10.1 Applicant Plans
- Base (free) — up to 15 applications
- Pro (€4.90/month) — up to 50 applications, work profile, tests, document management
- Advanced (€9.90/month) — unlimited applications, AI features, auto-apply, direct contact
10.2 HRM Company Plans (Job Nautilus)
- HRM Start (€14.90/month) — up to 7 job posts
- HRM Business (€26.90/month) — up to 25 job posts, work profile access
- HRM Enterprise (€34.90/month) — up to 60 job posts, full feature access
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice via email.
10.3 Trial Period
New company accounts receive a trial period for the HRM module. During the trial, full features are available. At the end of the trial, payment is required to continue using paid features. No charges are applied during the trial.
11. Payments
11.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Aurora SRL does not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
11.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly. The billing period starts on the date of your first payment. Each subsequent billing occurs on the same day of the following month.
11.3 Invoicing
For company accounts (B2B), electronic invoices will be issued through the Italian SDI system using the billing data provided. For individual applicants (B2C), a receipt will be issued to the email address on file.
11.4 Price Changes
We may modify prices with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the current price until the end of the current billing cycle. The new price applies from the next renewal.
12. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 59.1.o of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services that have been fully performed or whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By proceeding with payment and checking the required consent box, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is activated.
If you do not consent to the immediate provision of services, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting 🔒 Click to reveal. In this case, the service will not be activated until the withdrawal period has expired.
13. Refund Policy
- Before service activation: full refund within 14 days of purchase
- After service activation with withdrawal waiver: no refund, as the digital service has been provided with your consent
- Technical failures: if the service is materially unavailable due to a fault on our side for more than 72 consecutive hours, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period
- Billing errors: refunded in full upon verification

14. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the current billing period
- For HRM company plans: upon downgrade or cancellation, excess job posts beyond the new plan's limit will be automatically closed
15. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades: take effect immediately. A pro-rata charge is applied for the remainder of the current billing period
- Downgrades: scheduled at the end of the current billing period. Full access to the current plan is maintained until then
16. Intellectual Property
16.1 Platform Property
All content, design, trademarks, and software of the Platform are the property of Aurora SRL. The names "VeryEasy" and "Job Nautilus" are trademarks of Aurora SRL. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
16.2 User Content
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including but not limited to CVs, documents, work profile information, and company data. By submitting content, you grant Aurora SRL a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, display, and share it solely as necessary to provide the Platform services.
16.3 Company Logos and Trademarks
All company logos, trademarks, and brand assets uploaded to the Platform remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Aurora SRL does not claim any ownership, license, or rights over company logos and trademarks beyond what is strictly necessary to display them on the Platform for their intended purpose (company profile, job posts). Companies may remove their logos at any time by updating their profile. Upon account termination, logos will be removed from the Platform within a reasonable timeframe.
16.4 Third-Party Intellectual Property
Users must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on the Platform, contact us at 🔒 Click to reveal.
17. Data Processing
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. Companies that access applicant data through the Platform act as independent data controllers and are responsible for their own GDPR compliance regarding application data they receive.
18. Service Availability
We aim to maintain the Platform available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, hosting provider issues, or force majeure events.
19. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or applicant materials
- We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Platform
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
20. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, inactivity exceeding 24 months, or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
21. Dispute Resolution

For EU consumers: you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) for alternative resolution.
22. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. For disputes involving consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence. For business users, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, Italy.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
